Heated bag cheese dispenser maintains air tight control over your cheese sauce, thus extracting more out of every bag and extending the cheese life. Virtually no cleaning internally, because the cheese never touches the machine parts. Faster loading, easy to line up the pump. Space for a second bag to pre-heat inside. Features 3-push buttons on front door to select portion amount which can be independently controlled, adjust by dipswitch adjustment; can also be adjust to manual dispense mode. Maintains cheese temperature 140-160 deg. F. (adjustable).

This Cheese Dispenser works with almost all brands of bagged cheese. Uses our bagged cheese #5278 or #5279. UL approved and UL Sanitation listed. Dimensions: 28" H x 10" W x 17" D. High volume locations should use a pre-wamer, item # 2264. Please note that this machine WILL NOT WORK with Gehl's BIB cheese.
