FW-12 Funnel Cake Fryer (22-1/2" W x 17-1/4" D) produces approximately 60 average size 8" Funnel Cakes per hour. Easily work four 8" Funnel Cakes, two large diameter Elephant Ears or 12 French Waffles. The standard of the industry for large Funnel Cakes and/or Elephant Ears. This shallow fryer is the fryer we recommend for cooking Churros. For really BIG locations, use two, three or four at one time. This is an effective way to triple the pot life of your cooking oil.

Built in safety feature: All Gold Medal fryers have two thermostats. One thermostat works with the heat adjustment dial to control the working temperature of the oil. The other is a high limit shutdown thermostat that operates if the first thermostat should fail.
