This 65,000 BTU LP Gas deep fryer (16" W x 17-1/2" D) is great for corn dogs, french fries, curly fries, turkey legs or any other deep fried foods! All stainless steel construction, equipped with drain valve and battery powered igniter to make lighting the unit easy. We recommend using a 40 lbs propane tank (minimum size).

This fryer CANNOT be shipped via UPS and it ships at a dimensional weight of 149 lbs (actual weight 68 lbs).

Built in safety feature: All Gold Medal fryers have two thermostats. One thermostat works with the heat adjustment dial to control the working temperature of the oil. The other is a high limit shutdown thermostat that operates if the first thermostat should fail. Note: Must be installed by a professional. Safe installation requires a low pressure regulator at the LP Gas source.
