The Hot Shot Shallow Fryer (22-1/2" W x 17-1/4" D) produces approximately 75 average size 8" Funnel Cakes per hour. This high watt funnel cake fryer has an additional 1,000 Watts that enables you to virtually pour Funnel Cakes continuously.

Built in safety feature: All Gold Medal fryers have two thermostats. One thermostat works with the heat adjustment dial to control the working temperature of the oil. The other is a high limit shutdown thermostat that operates if the first thermostat should fail.
