The Super King is our largest and most powerful funnel cake fryer (33" W x 17" D) and easily produces over 180 funnel cakes per hour. Features high production ribbon heating element that produces faster recovery time and more production than a standard shallow fryer.

You asked for it, a fryer that can cook eight Funnel Cakes at a time on a continuous pour and cook basis! High production "ribbon" type heating element has more square inches of contact, yet is safer. Use two #5103 mold rings on platforms to "form" the Funnel Cakes. "Swish" the formed Funnel Cake into the open shortening as soon as possible. This also creates convection and reduces grease absorption.

Built in safety feature: All Gold Medal fryers have two thermostats. One thermostat works with the heat adjustment dial to control the working temperature of the oil. The other is a high limit shutdown thermostat that operates if the first thermostat should fail.
