Candy Apple-Ez Mix CHERRY
[A6105, 4144]

Cherry Appl-Ez candy apple mix, packaged (15) 15-oz. bags per case. Easy to use, just open the bag, add 5-lbs. of sugar and 16-oz. of water, then cook to between 290 degee and 300 degree F and you are ready to dip. No messy glucose to measure and no heavy glucose buckets to lug around. Anyone can make great tasting candy apples with Appl-Ez. Each 15-oz. bag of Appl- Ez gives you enough corn syrup solids to make the best apples, without the risk of re-crystallization. Yields approximately 900 2" candy apples per case (depending on amount used). Parve - Kasruth Certificate available upon request.

Candy apple recommendations:
Use un-waxed, thick skinned apples.

The most common size apple is a 3" apple

Remove the apple stem and any stickers.

Dip at temperature ranging from 290 to 300 degrees. Caution this is hot!!

When your apples have hardened, it's now time to wrap them.

We reccomend either the apple cello wrap or the plastic apple bubbles

Sell or eat quickly - shelf life is only 2-3 days.

Do you want the easiest way to make candy apples? Look at #4146 Reddy Apple Mix which requires ONLY water - NO sugar needed.
