How to make LEMON SHAKE UPS
The 10 Steps to lemon shake ups.
- Use 1 lemon per cup.
- Cut lemon in half.
- Juice both halves with the Heavy Duty Lemon Squeezer.
- Place both lemon halves into the cup.
- Fill shaker cup to about 12 ounce level with ice.
- Add 4oz of Polar Pete Neutral base to the cup.
- Finish filling the cup with cool water.
- Put lemon juice from juicer into shaker cup.
- Apply lid to shaker cup and shake for 10 or 15 seconds.
- Pour into 16 ounce serving cup.
