How to use Sno-Kone Concentrates:
To make 1 quart of syrup, mix 1 oz. of concentrate plus 1.25 lbs. of sugar, add hot water and mix well.
To make 1 gallon of syrup, mix 4 oz. of concentrate plus 5 to 5.5 lbs. of sugar, add hot water and mix well.
One 128 oz. GALLON plus sugar makes 32 gallons of Ready to use syrup.
